Payment Methods

Payments must be completed using a valid credit or debit card from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, which will be stored on file with your account (“Payment Method”). We do not accept cash, checks, or electronic fund transfers. It is your responsibility to keep your payment and contact information updated. Updates can be made by logging into your account through Reversely’s Billing Portal, navigating to Settings, and selecting Payment Settings. By submitting your card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

Eligibility for Refunds

To cancel services, clients must notify their assigned Customer Success Manager via email or phone. Services operate on a month-to-month basis, so canceling does not remove the obligation to pay any pending fees or charges. Leads generated during the current billing cycle will be invoiced before the cancellation takes effect.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If a user encounters a technical issue that prevents the service from functioning as intended and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Service Downtime: If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to unforeseen technical difficulties, and this significantly affects the user's ability to utilize the service.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If a user is charged without their consent due to errors in our billing system.
  • You can claim a refund within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If a user decides they no longer wish to use the service after purchase.
  • Usage After Refund Request: If the service has been used after a refund request has been initiated.
  • Misuse of Service: If the account or service was used in violation of our terms of use.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If a subscription is canceled after the billing cycle has started. In such cases, the service will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
  • After 30 days,Reversely.ai will not be responsible for the any refund or dispute regardless of the usage.
  • No refunds are applicable on the special offers & discounted plans.
  • Non-renewable plans are NOT Refundable.

Billing Disputes

If you wish to dispute a charge related to the Services, you must notify Reversely in writing at [email protected]. By doing so, you agree not to file a dispute with your bank or credit card provider during the initial 30-day period, giving Reversely the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. If a chargeback is initiated with your bank or credit card company before this timeframe has passed, Reversely reserves the right to recover payment for the services provided, along with any amounts tied to the dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or credit card provider on your behalf, Reversely will place your account on immediate suspension until the dispute is resolved. Regardless of the final outcome of the chargeback process, Reversely maintains the right to recover payment for all services already delivered or any unpaid balances. Your account may also be referred to a third-party collections agency, and Leadbird reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any outstanding amounts owed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Include your account details, the reason for the refund, and any relevant transaction information.
  • Verification Process: Allow up to 5-7 business days for our team to review your request. Additional information may be required to process the refund.

Refund Process

  • Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Denial: If your refund request is denied, our support team will provide an explanation and work with you to resolve any concerns.

Cancellation of Service

Reversely holds the right to cancel the user's subscription under the following circumstances:

  • If user breaks the terms and conditions.
  • The user doesn't follow the usage patterns established by Reversely.
  • If the user has submitted the request to our customer service.
  • If User has attempted to infect the reputation or any work of Reversely.
  • If we receive abuse requests related to a user's actions from law enforcement agencies.

Note: This Refund Policy can be modified, altered, or completely changed without any prior notice to the users. The users should buy any plan of Reversely after going through the Refund Policy in detail.
